Looking for a unique and thoughtful gift? A Gift Card is the perfect way to treat your loved ones with a relaxing experience. Whether they want to learn the art of handmade soap-making or enjoy a mindful moment with one of our products, our workshops and soap collections are a gift of creativity and well-being.
How It Works:
1. Choose the amount: Our gift cards are available from €20 to €89.
2. The recipient can redeem the gift card for any Mármol product or a workshop.
3. Gift cards are delivered via email with a unique code to use at checkout.
Gift Card Policies:
1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. They can be used exclusively for workshops or Marmol products.
3. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. If the selected workshop or product costs more than the gift card value, the recipient can pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card.
5. The gift card cannot be used for multiple transactions—it must be redeemed in one purchase.
6. In case of workshop cancellation by the participant, our standard cancellation policy applies.

How can I register for a workshop?
Registering is easy! Simply visit our workshops page, select the session you want, and complete the booking form online. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you have any questions during the process, just email us at info@marmolsoap.com.
Can I book a private workshop at my place?
Yes, private workshops can be booked at your location (only in Hamburg). Please note that home visits include an additional 30% fee to cover transportation and travel time.
This allows to bring all necessary materials and ensure the same quality experience outside the studio. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to check availability or discuss the details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. To make things simple, please follow these guidelines:
We do not offer full refunds; however, we do provide vouchers (Gutscheine).
If you cancel at least 1 day prior to the event, you are eligible to receive a voucher for the full value of your booking. The voucher can be redeemed for future workshops. To claim your voucher, please email us at info@marmolsoap.com within this cancellation timeframe.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the workshop, the full course fee will be charged.
Transfer to Another Participant: You may transfer your booking to another person at no extra cost. Please inform us by email at least 24 hours before the workshop. The course fee will be settled directly between the original participant and the substitute.
Where are the workshops located?
Workshops are held at Henriettenweg 4, 20259 Hamburg (Kokosmädchen).
The entrance is through the main door of the building. Please ring the bell labeled “Kokosmädchen”. We run small, cozy sessions designed for a hands-on, intimate experience.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is needed! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and guided step by step, so anyone can join and create beautiful soaps.
Are the workshops suitable for pregnant participants?
Yes, our workshops are suitable during pregnancy. We always aim to create a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or specific concerns about the ingredients we use, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@marmolsoap.com before the workshop. We’ll be happy to support you.
Can I attend if I have allergies or sensitives?
If you have allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients, please contact us in advance at info@marmolsoap.com. We can provide guidance to make sure your experience is safe and enjoyable.
Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?
No need to bring anything! Just the best vibe. All materials, tools, and ingredients are provided. Just bring your curiosity and creativity. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
When can I take my soaps?
After the saponification process (6 weeks) you will receive your soaps. We will contact you by SMS, Phone call, Whatsapp or email. For the glycerin soap experience, you can take your soaps home the same day.
Do you offer team-building or special group events?
Yes! We love creating fun, interactive experiences for teams, corporate groups, or special occasions. Workshops can be customized for groups of max. 6 participants. Please contact us at info@marmolsoap.com to discuss your requirements and available dates. Check the different options here
Are the workshops suitable for kids?
Our standard workshops are designed for adults due to the use of lye. However, we offer kid-friendly or family workshops. Please check our schedule or contact us at info@marmolsoap.com for upcoming sessions.
How long the workshop will take?
The workshop takes around 90 mins. It all depends and how big is the group.
What happens if the workshop is cancelled?
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will be offered a Gutschein/Gift card or an alternative date. We will notify you as soon as possible.
